Refund Policy

At Waveless, we put time, energy, and planning into every booking. Here's how our refund policy works:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your date and reflects time already spent on pre-production or planning.

Cancellations

• Client-initiated cancellation:
  No refund will be given unless stated in your signed contract. However, we may apply part of your payment as credit toward a future date (subject to availability).

• Waveless-initiated cancellation (rare):
  In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness or emergency, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement shooter if agreed upon.

Post-Delivery

Due to the digital and artistic nature of our work, no refunds are issued after content has been delivered. However, we're happy to make minor edits or corrections when discussed in advance.
